Have taken my computer to this place a few times over the years since it's opened. I have always received satisfying service. Granted once or twice it's taken a bit longer than he expected, but when you have a limited staff such as he does that happens. I have been fortunate in not needing any major repairs, just a windows reinstall, hard drive replacement, and a virus clean up. I have always gotten the service I paid for at a reasonable speed considering I choose a smaller, locally owned business instead of taking my computer to a national chain. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
