I ordered new glasses on December 17 and they were suppose to be ready 12/27. I called and spoke to the manager yesterday (1/2/14) and he said there was a problem with the lab, initially they could not find my order even though I paid in full. I was suppose to get a call back, they never called. Guess I will just get a refund and go somewhere else.

The eye exam I had was terrible. I wouldn't consider it an exam. They were more interested in selling me glasses than giving me a good exam.
