Like the other customer, this was a no call, no show scheduled appointment for late afternoon/early evening; 4:30 to 6:30 pm time frame. Very irritating and after reading the other review, I won't make another appointment.

This guy was a no call no show 2 days in a row... after the first missed appointment i had to call him to see what was going on, they rescheduled for the next day.. big surprise another no show no call.... i have a yound son and like everyone else i need my fridge to work... better call someone else...

I would recommend this company for anyone needing appliance repair! His service was on time, he completed the job quickly and his pricing was a wonderful shock! One of the best in this area by far!

I had a leak in my washer, and I talked to John from Ely's Appliance, great man. He ask me the symptoms or signs. He appears to me honest and with a lot of experience. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. I would recommed him in a heart beat.

I called around 11AM for a service tech to come out and put a new electrical plug on my dryer. The gentleman on the phone was nice, quoted me a price and gave me the time of "after 3PM' as to when a tech would be out. By 6:30PM I had all but given up when the tech arrived.



He (John) was extremely nice, did the work well, even explained what he was doing and why. He also took a look at (and fixed!) my leaky hot water hose for my washer at no extra charge (minor repair). He also made suggestions as to how to vent the dryer so it will work at maximum performance!



The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid for the work... no hidden costs. I was even allowed to post date a check!



I would have given them 5 stars had I been quoted a better time. However, if you are looking for downhome freindliness and service you can count on, I suggest going to Ely's. I most definitely will be recommending them to anyone who has electrical problems, and will come back to them if I have troubles of my own.
