Gateway Realty and Investment / A + Property Management / A + Realty currently manage my property in Clarksville. They routinely fail to provide my mortgage payment to me on time, usually 5-10 days after it is due. They provide hollow and untrustworthy assurances that the issue will be resolved, but fail to act. They do not take care of their clients and are clearly only interested in receiving their service fee, not serving their customers. If you require property management services, look elsewhere. This company has little to no regard for the financial well-being of their customers.
