I am very happy i came to this tuxedo shop My groomsmen were large men and this shop ha no problem with the fitting. The manager was very knowledgeable and I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

My groomsmen were measured incorrectly, they claimed they had "no record" of my order for renting 5 ties (luckily I had my receipt to prove it), and they didn't tell me that my dad's vest wasn't available in a plus size until the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING, so the father of the bride had to wear a different vest than we originally planned.....save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I was VERY disappointed with the service I and my bridal party received here. The measurements on almost every single one of the groomsmens tuxes, as well as the ring bearers were wrong. They were so wrong that they had to overnight all the right sizes for my wedding that was taking place the next day. Janet Lee was very rude and unprofessional, interrupting and arguing with me the entire time I was on the phone with her, and to top it all off, one of my bridesmaids whose son was a ring bearer, walked into the store to hear Janet and Randy talking bad about me in front of everyone in the store. When I called the store to speak to Janet about what my bridesmaid had overheard, she was quick to deny it, tell me my bridesmaid was a "liar" and hand the phone off to Randy. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this store for anything to do with your prom, wedding, or anything for that matter, unless you are ok with awful customer service, an unprofessional and argumentative staff, and all the added stress of all your rentals being the wrong size. This place does not even deserve the one star I had to give it just to be able to leave my review.

This is a great place! I had a wedding on July 6, 2013. I came to them early June and they fixed my groomsmen right up!

The tuxes that I had ordered were all ivory and they looked wonderful! It may have been a little pricey to some people. But I picked one of the nicest tuxes in their shop. If you want nice tuxes, you have to be prepared to pay a little extra!

Whenever we had a sudden change in the wedding party, they were happy to make changes and always said it was no problem!

Janet was great to work with! Even under the pressures of prom, because as everyone knows April-early June can be crazy prom months!



Thank you for everything, and if I have another special occasion, I'll use them again! :)

If you want a place that will go above and beyond to get what you need, this is the place to go. I have two sons, one of which is much bigger than most. He is 6ft 3in and weighs about 400 lbs. (football player, what can I say) Anyway, it is not easy to dress him and since it is his senior year, I was extremely worried about prom. I have had a positive experience with this place in the past with my other son, since he was an escort for a sweet sixteen so that is where we took son 2 for his tux. I wasn't so sure about son #1 though.



When we were able to take son #2 in, it happened to be a huge prom weekend with at least 4 Clarksville highschools having prom, not to mention county schools. We were only going to order but it was crazy busy. Another reviewer gives this place a bad review for the same day I'm talking about, but I guess we see it different. I have worked in customer service for years so that could be why. The reason so many people were INSIDE (100 people because that person counted) was because it was pouring outside. There would be zero reason the business would want a bunch of unappreciative and mad people standing there. I could see with my two eyes them working as fast and as hard as they could but everyone now days expects instant gratification. I was waiting 3 and a half hours and never saw a fight but I can't see how that would be the staffs fault. The only thing I would suggest next time is for them to make people wait outside no matter the weather. (You know people would have complained about that too)



Back to son #1! I knew a certain place, I shall not name, that has a big and tall section. I would like to add that this other place has the rudest people. At least the staff at Gents was working while being accused of being rude. The other staff rolled their eyes and groaned for having to get up! Plus they cost about $50 more and $100 more for big and tall. I liked Gents and wanted them to have my business. I called and obviously they needed him to be there to measure. We went in Monday and naturally that is the day all those other people from Friday were returning! My timing isn't the best apparently. The person there was able to take in the returns without making them wait and measure my son. Today they called back, as promised, and they were able to get everything including size 15 wide shoes!!



Thank you SO much! All the other stuff like waiting and it raining doesn't matter. My sons having this special night DOES! I can't thank you enough!

Do not use this business for prom! Save yourself time, hassle and the problem of dealing with rude, disrespectful and unorganized staff and go somewhere, anywhere else! Reserved a tux for my son for prom at the beginning of April. Was told that the week of prom we would be called for him to come in and do the final try on a pick up. Never received a phone call. I called the store and was told no appointment was needed to just come by. Upon arrival we spent two hours outside the store in line in the cold and rain. Upon entering the store there were over 100 people inside ( I counted). A serious fire code violation for a business so small. We then spent two and a half hours in the store waiting to pay for the tux, try it on and get it. The whole time we were inside the store we had to listen to the two women working there be rude and hateful to all of the customer. Not to mention that they were making sure that everyone knew they had been there since 5 am and they were tired and hungry and were doing us a favor and if we didn't like it we could all leave. The staff made several rude and embarrassing comments to minor children who were there alone with no parents to defend them. When the kids were trying on the tuxs the majority of them were the wrong tux, didn't fit, wrong color, etc. When this was brought to the staffs attention the kids and parents were ignored for sometimes up to an hour before they would fix it. A physical fight broke out in the store while we were there. Also some of the kids that were waiting in line started working for free at the store just to try to make the whole experience more pleasant and go faster. After 4 and a half hours, dealing with pants with one leg shorter than the other, having the owners ex wife be rude to us, and watching a fight break out, we finally got our sons tux. I will never use this business for anything again! I just wanted to get the word out so hopefully I could save someone else the unpleasant experience of dealing with this establishment. Prom is supposed to be a special event and you should not have to go through a nightmare to make it happen for your child! All of the rest of the customers in the store felt the same way and I am sure you will have other complaints on here from them as well.
