Wonderful food but the "customer service and hospitality " definitely needs improvement.

I am not impressed with the store at this location. I have visited this store on three separate occasions when the "Hot Donuts Now" sign was lit and ordered a "dozen hot glazed donuts". The donuts could not have been much colder had they sat overnight. I have been to may Krispy Kreme locations and when I specify "hot glazed donuts", they box them right off the conveyor belt, not the Clarksville, TN location.
