I would give her zero stars if possible! Kristina is easily the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. The photos she took were okay in quality but the experience overall was awful. Her in home "studio" is a disaster inside and out and be prepared to hear 1000 excuses about her not having childcare and why it's your problem. If you are expecting your digital images or prints in a timely matter classic creations is not the photograph you want to go with, Kristina will give you a date on when things will be available but be sure to add on several weeks to that date and do not expect her to get ahold of you to let you know things have changed. I would not ever give Kristina my business again!

If I could I would give her no stars. I used her as a surprise photo shot for my mom s birthday. We showed up at 7 like we discussed on the phone, well she wasn t there. 10 minutes later she pulled up and said oh I guess I wrote the wrong time down. Anyways we took our pictures, we didn t even get to see them. We had to wait 2 weeks. She NEVER called to say the pictures were uploaded. I had to call her because she lost my number. So I went ahead and ordered pictures. She said they will be in in about 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I called her and she said oh I lost your number and your pictures are still not here, they will be here tomorrow. I ll call you tomorrow when they get here so you can pick them up. I waited for a WEEK, no call. I called her every week a couple times a week leaving a message and my NUMBER. She NEVER called back. Had to use a different phone to call her so she would pick up. Finally 5 months after the intial photo shoot I finally received my pictures and honestly not to my surprise she ordered the wrong pictures!!! If I were you I would avoid her at all cost. Not professional at all!!!
