I've had Peter Napolitano since 2012 and him and his Paralegal held my case with professionalism. Briget Akins, one of his paralegal soughted through with my attorney all the facts needed in a difficult Custody Battle that led to Criminal Contempt on the Defendant's part. Though I was an Active Duty soldier living in Germany, I have never seen an attorney handle a case so gracefully as though they knew the law book as if it were the bible. Granted Mr. Napolitano is well affliated, and a Retired Military Judge, so right off the back, I knew he was the perfect attorney for the custody and criminal case that was led from 2012-2015. I Highly recommend him, his paralegal Briget and their joint Law Firm. I was extremely satisfied, and my 3 beautiful children are very happy. Can't speak on other people's cases, but I was squared away. Though sometimes he is in and out cases, when I relay a message, it is responded two within 24-48 of the workday. Thank You!

If I could give Mr. Napolitano less than 1 star I absolutely would. My father started working with him over two weeks ago on his will. He cancelled appointments with my father four times (one time was within 10 minutes of the actual appointment). When my Dad went to his office to check about the will, Mr. Napolitano started screaming at him to get out and threw the will in his face. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money with this man or his business.

If you are trying to get a divorce do not use this attorney, my friend hired mr peter three years ago to handle his divorce and still is not divorced and it cost him 5000 dollars, he lost everything including his daughter to the man his wife is living with and he has to pay child support 330 a month, now three and a half years and still no divorce. come on this is poor practice, he wants his money up front and talks a good game but no results. I give him one star for collecting money.
