I went to get a tattoo and showed them a picture of the tattoo and said I wanted it to look just like this. He said to make it his own he would have to make a few minor changes. I understand that because they want to be original. He went back to draw it up and when he came back I about laughed. My picture had extreme detail and what he presented me was horse crap. I asked him about it and he said he would add in all of the detail once the basic part was done. I told him I needed a minute so he went outside and got on the phone. I decided I didn't want to go through with it because I didn't know what he was going to do and I would like to know what the end result would be. The owner told me thy don't do that. They do detail once it's already on the body. So as I left I said I'm sorry but I decided not to and the guy was completely rude and said " no it's cool, thanks for wasting my time" I replied "maybe you should give your customers what they want.... It is goin on MY body. " He then proceeded to make a rude comment to the person on the phone sayin "oh she's talkin s**t now.... I mean you should see her. "

Complete disrespect and absolutely horrible work from what I saw in their portfolios. Not to mention, completely rude people. Will never go there again and will advise against others going too.

The people at lbi made me feel comfortable by showing me before I even Sat in the chair that all the needles were still in packaging to ensure cleanliness. Dizzy did my husband and I's tattoos (on my ribs mind you) and was extremely gentle doing so. My husband, already having 11 tattoos already and picky as all get out who touches his skin with a needle, has not been able to find a new tattoo place to make his permanent tattoo shop while in the Clarksville area as he is from Florida and loves lbi. Thank you for the awesome tattoos and we can't wait to see josh for his next one! Thanks a ton!

I flew from Buffalo NY to visit a friend and get a tattoo from LBI and it was completely worth it! One of the most professional shops I've ever been to and work that is flawless. From start to finish my experience was awesome and I recommend LBI to everyone looking to get a tattoo. As someone who has had bad work done in the past, I can say without hesitation these guys are the best! I can't wait to come back and add more LBI work to my collection. See you soon guys!!

This shop is clean, family oriental, funny, and their artists are phenomenal! Hands down, The best caring shop in town. The artists turn any form of artwork into a masterpiece. You get ten times more than what you ask and for what you pay. Best tattoo quality ever. What I like most is that it's a veteran own shop! Highly recommend to anybody

One of the best clean tattoo shops I have ever walked into. The artist have their own techniques. And have different styles on custom work. From traditional, new school color bombs, old school, black and white, too what ever you can imagine. When i first walked in with some notes and ideas one of the artist put some ideas to make it all flow together, and asked another artist if he was willing to draw it up for me. They recommend the artist which they know will be able to pull it off, and have more of an experience on the work I asked for. I have enjoyed each and everyone of my tattoos from the artist there. Very kind and enjoyed laughs. Also a very welcoming place to hang out and relax, front desk girls also made me feel welcomed. I have walked in a few shops before where i felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend this place. Never had a bad experience with any of them.

checked out a few places. work wasnt that good and they were rude like i was wasting their time with my "not tattooable ideas" didnt give me any help or direction just turned me down.maybe he wasnt feelign creative that day. just my experience

terrible. One of the artists was rude to my girlfriend and all he did was the outline but its all shakey. now we got to pay more money to get it fixed. just totally unprofessional

I have been to almost every shop in the Clarksville/Ft. Campbell area and none can compare to LBI. Their customer service is phenomenal and they cater to the clients needs. They are here to give good tattoos of only the best quality. Veteran owned and operated and they take pride in that. All of the artists are skilled in many different styles of tattoos. The LBI family is the best tattoo shop in the area. Reasonably priced and EXTREMELY clean, too.

This is by far the past tattoo shop in town. No matter what idea you may have for a tattoo they will customize it and make it better than what you wanted. Very military and family friendly. Would recommend going in and checking them out.

Seriously the best tattooing experience iv ever had. They are clean and professional. They are super kind. And the artist are truly amazing. LBI is where I got my 6th tattoo, and it will be where I get the rest from now on.

Got a cover up project started tonight with Ferguson, awesome guy, wicked chill. Owner and other artists are down to earth and friendly. You will leave this shop with a smile and ideas. I will be going back for future work, highly recommend this shop.

Amazing Artists. Amazing tattoo work. By far the cleanest shop I have ever been to in Clarksville. I refuse to go anywhere else for my tattoos now that I have been here. They do amazing custom work and always give you exactly what you want for you tattoo. Highly recommend this amazing shop.

Love this shop! Cleanest I've ever been in. The work is amazing, so are the artists. I have had work done by all of them and I love it all. Surprised by the bad reviews, personally I've never had a bad experience at LBI.
