I wish I could recommend the salon, especially Henry, but after thinking hard about it I feel the need to let people know about my experience and let them decide if they want to go here for themselves. After I got my nails done, I noticed that the top coat was rough and asked Anthony to smooth it out for me because I pick at my nails if they’re rough. He insisted that nothing was wrong, and suggested that I do it myself if I was upset with it. I took it as a joke, and let him fix my nail, but when he was finished he failed to talk to me, but rather smacked my arm hard enough to leave a mark. Women should not have to endure this kind of treatment, not in a salon or domestically. I miss my nail tech, and I hope that he can find employment in a more reputable spa that encourages women to feel welcome, not a bother, and leave in confidence and not in shambles. I will never be back again.

Do not go there!! The staff is unprofessional and rude!! I signed in and waited 15 minutes and left. No one acknowledge I was there, bad customer service! They looked at me and kept working! Wow! I went to Ken’s nail by Sonics and the gas station and had great service there!!!

Two stars because of how Minh is treating a LOYAL customer. So today Minh wants to refund me for my last service (didn’t ask for a refund nor do I want it) and stop servicing me only because I pointed out the polish wasn’t covering the entire nail. It’s called communicating, don’t understand her taking it so personal?

My husband and I have been coming here over two years, there have been incidents of nicks to the skin or bumps in the polish, things you point out that shouldn’t be considered picky especially when you spend $70+ per visit (every two weeks) and tip $20 and that’s just for me! Really baffles me these people can be so rude to someone who’s been so good to them?

Then when I write ONE bad review she keeps replying and lying about, of course I removed the good review she stated I never gave?

Best nail salon in Clarksville!!! They take their time and strive for perfect nails and I always leave happy!

Anthony was great! He did such a good job on my daughters nails that I had to get mine done too! Very clean, friendly and beautiful decor! We loved this place and we will be back!

Very professional and great customer service. Gives great suggestions for nails and engaged with each customer that comes in.
