Manager unwilling to come up with resolution after uninformed employee caused me (as a customer) to spend money. Very rude

I grew up in a skating rink so it's nice taking my kids to skate. I love that my kids have fun here...that said I think the owners could really benefit from a few things and get a lot more business, leading to even more improvements....and even more business. I was sad to see how empty this rink is. The actual rink has some spots that are missing boarders or even a piece of board making it look unkempt. The food court had its own issues nothing was ready (pretzels/nachos...) and only one kid was running it, I had to remind him 4 times (after customers after me got their pretzels) that my daughter was still waiting on hers. Not bashing because I come a lot and my kids have fun just saying might benefit to have someone come evaluate and tell them where they can improve some things it would be so much better and boost their business. I'm in favor of local family owned and support them.

Horrible owners and staff!!! Used to be an amazing place to spend time with friends and family! Until about a month ago! I don't see this place lasting at all.....

Under new ownership. Love seeing the new improvements and cleanness each week.

Too much bs with all the kids there. They have no respect and the owners do not care. They just want numbers and don't care how the place is run. I went to rainbo and it's a calmer atmosphere. Have fun.

The only two times I have been here with children were for birthday parties. I don't recommend having birthdays here. The first party they refused to hand out napkins which were part of the birthday package. The second time the staff literally argued with us and threatened to call the cops over a pitcher of water! WATER! We asked for an extra pitcher when the pizza was served and it took a little convincing to get it. WATER! Their bathrooms are disgusting and the skates are in dire need of replacement

Magic Wheels has been going down hill ever since they let El go...what a very bad business decision. The floor is no longer monitored or safe but yet is ran by children, even the managers 6 yr old. This place should be called ROMPER ROOM!!!

New management has made great improvements I am very please with how the rink is ran. I feel the rink is clean and maintain n safe. If I had 300 kids we would all come all weekend long. Love it!!!

magic wheels is great now with new manager!!! now if someone would just finish remodeling it and fix things and games and clean the gum off carpet they would be totally awesome!! :-):

The magic wheels skating rink is good but needs better lines in the food court area and better security plus in one of the girls restroom stales one of the doors are missing
