Poor customer service. Staff more interested in talking to each other. Then when we ordered they got that wrong. Manager was busy talking on phone about staff than helping the lobby full of people. Only 1 cashier. Women’s bathroom only had 1 toilet working. And lastly, no napkins available anywhere. I live in this town and go to that McD about 1 month and this was awful.

NO PLAYPLACE!!

My family and I drove all the way across town to play at the playplace and it doesn't even have one!! I have already refused to go to our local McDonald's due to the fact that they took the playplace out and it looks like a sports bar. When I was a kid, I remember McDonald's being the place we had our birthday parties and played at the playplace!! Now my children will remember McDonald's as a place mommy wouldn't take them!!

Poor Customer Service

Today 3/30/2008, I stopped at this location to get a cup of coffee and a small frie prior to proceeding to church. I approach the counter and waited behind two employees that worked for the established and ordered their breakfast. After they completed their order I continued to wait for service. Their were several employees to include a supervisor behind the counter and nobody, I mean nobody greeted me or acknowledge me waiting at the counter.



I waited at least five minutes or longer and yet no one behind the counter to include the supervisor offered to provide service. The supervisor who was at least 5 feet tall or less never directed any of her team members to help customers at the front counter. After waiting as long as I could, I decided to leave the establishment. As I left the supervisor said thank you. I really took this as an insult and departed the establishment.



Although I enjoy the product sold at these establishment, I want accept poor customer srevice and continue to pay for it.

Today, most businesss have forgotten it's the people who spend their hard earn dollars each day to make their dream come true by purchasing the products they offer. Believe me I'm not hating, but stating the truth this business has lost sight of the very people that have made it possible for them to open their door each day. A simple good morning, how can I help you , and we will be with you in a moment goes a long ways in getting repeat business. I will only stop at the establishment when no other option is available to me.





In closing I am a retail store manager located here in Clarksville, TN. I know what it is to provide customer service and provide it to my customer each day with great success.
