Situated in Clarksville, Tennessee, Montgomery Juvenile Court offers a myriad of services such as assessments, crisis counseling, court preparation, public service week, juvenile warning citations, and juvenile detention service. All services and duties at the court are divided into three categories, namely, custody prevention, prevention / diversion program, and court administration program. The court accepts all major credit cards for payment. A special truancy court is also available for lowering the chance of juveniles getting entered into state custody. Some of the court classes conducted cover areas such as prime for life, seatbelt safety, life skills, first offenders, and anti-theft.
