I used to be a daily customer here and buy from here all the time, until one time I ordered two bowls with Tofu, and only one had it. Sent my concern to cooperate they forwarded to the manager at this location, the manager calls me says she is going to sent me a coupon by mail, and I never received it. There is so many restaurants around here, that will appreciate my business. That was the last time I went here, and stopped referring future business for them as well. If they can't accommodate me for a mistake they did on there end, why should I keep giving them my money?

I decided to take the girls to Noodles & Company last night for dinner. As we got to the door about 8:00p.m. (they close at 9)one of the doors had been locked. The manager rudely motions me to pull as I attempt to open it I hurt myself because it was locked! He stomped to the door and unlocked it. When I directed the girls to the menu on the wall he preceeded to walk over and ask the girls "can I help you hurry and choose?" I was dumbfounded. Did my best to ignore him thinking maybe I'm reading him wrong. Get to the register and he says under his breathe "your card probably don't work". I paid for the meal and sat down to wait praying by the time we received our food he would have a better attitude. He walks over to the table and dropped every bowl on the table so loud the other guest just stared. He rolls his eyes and stomps off. Being me I walk over to him and ask for a word. As I tell him he made my daughter's uncomfortable he began to yell at me walked to the register and began beating and kicking it. I have never been spoken to that way around here. Sad part is I took my daughter's there because I was so impressed by the service the day before.

this place was new to me. just passing thru the area. good food. friendly service.
