hello just ate at ocharles last night. there are two here.. both are terrible but the worst one is on wilma rudolph. first off i want to point out there wasnt a line but it took 20 minutes to be seated. it took 15-20 minutes for the waiter to come to the table to ask what we want to drink. she was prompt....the drinks came out 10 minutes later lol. we ordered and about 40 minutes later our food came. i was already frustrated because i havent seen my waiter since we ordered and after asking 3 other waiters for a drink refill with no luck i just took my cups over to refill them myself. anyway back to our order. the order was wrong and cold so we sent it back......after 30 more minutes we got up and tried to leave but we were spotted and we were told were told you cant leave without paying. i said i left 5 onthe tables for the drinks and me and my wife have been waiting for over 2 hours for some kind of food and were done. so the manager comes out and says shes sorry about what happened and trys to give us some gift certs. i thought my wife was gonna strangle her lol . anyway youll get the same storie from anyone who has ever eaten there the place is a joke . terrible service. and if you want to eat there just remember to eat first
