Penske is THE WORST moving company we have EVER used. Our truck broke down twice, had no heat and we still only got a $200 refund. They were rude, inconsiderate, and unapologetic about the fact that their truck CUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSTATE. It overheated not once, but TWICE. Once on the way home from picking it up and then once again in the middle of I-75 Atlanta traffic. Thank God we were not hurt. Do not use the Penske company.... We have had great service from Budget. Uhaul is good too but Budget is less expensive and their service was still good. DO NOT USE PENSKE. THEY ARE AWFUL. I was hoping for every cent back. The truck cost us almost $500 and was a bigger hassle and danger than anything else. The move was a nightmare because of Penske's malfunctioning truck and terrible customer service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
