Due to the techs skipping people in line, dismissing patient concerns in the waiting room, and the dead bugs all over the floor. I'd say that I'll never come back here. Wish I could select negative stars. You should be ashamed.

Easily the most unprofessional testing site I have ever visited. Not only do they rush people who are providing the samples but they also scream and yell all throughout the office if you go over 3 mins in the bathroom. They then require you to wait 30 mins before they will let you try again. After my 2nd attempt and not being able to go due to the yelling outside my door I asked for the supervisors name and phone number. My request for the supervisors information was not only refused but they told me I could not leave the facility for 3 hours since I had started my visit and not provided a sample. I immediately left and called my Company to report the matter. I do not recommend ANY company to send their employees to this particular testing site!
