Provided by YP.comVisited the Clarksville location on Sunday March 27th, 2011 at 7:00pm. Ordered their marinated ribeye steak, and ate a portion of it that same evening, then placed the remainder in the refridgerator. On Tuesday March 29th, 2011 the same piece of meat was reheated toeat. Upon cutting into the meat a worm about a half inch long was discovered!!! Through further inspection numerous worms were found in the meat!!! I then called the restaurant to notify them, and the managers response was, since the meat has left the restaurant it is not our responsibility?!?!?!? Really you have got to be kidding me!!!! Lawsuit pending!
Do not eat the meat at Rafferty's on Wilma Ruldolph in Clarksville!!!

Provided by YP.comI don't know if this is the place I need to write to complain about our meal Thursday Nov. 1, 2012. The service was good, the salad was great but the steak were so tough we couldn't chew them. I would have brought it to their attention that day but someone was taking me there for my birthday. They paid. I had rather had a burger.

Provided by YP.comWhere do I start, I'm only writing this review because my husband is sick to his stomach and if he keeps having to go to bathroom ill have to take him to the ER. We decided to try eating at Rafferty's restaurant for the first time. A little introduction; Our family loves to eat out, we are a young couple with young children and appreciate all the great restaurants in the area. When we got to the restaurant the first thing I noticed was the menus (they were crusted and dirty) I immediately felt my hands were dirty after touching them. The next thing I noticed was that the room was extremely dark and after ordering my food I couldn't really see what I was eating. We ordered the soup special. It was good, but my husband found a good size piece of aluminum foil in his soup. Ok, no big deal right, things like that happen all the time. Well, He told the Lady that was standing around looking at everyone (It looked like she was the manager). She took the plate really quick and walked off without telling us a word. We thought that was extremely weird. I was in a seat where I could see the waiters walking to and from the kitchen. After our food arrived I saw a waitress accidentally drop a piece of lettuce from a plate on her tray and put it back on the tray, she looked around and then kept walking. That did it for me, after that I was scared to eat the rest of my food. Our first experience at this restaurant and our family will never eat there again!

Provided by YP.comI have been to Rafferty's on several occasions. Most of them for business. I have not been that impressed. All but one time the service was not that good. Our waiter/waitress was slow and/or messed up the order. The food was not prepared exactly right or was just not that good. And if we ever did talk to a manager about something it was like it was an inconvenience for us to have something to complain about.
I am not a picky eater by any means. If it doesn't bite back I'm good. But the main reason I don't care for the Clarksville Rafferty's is the fact that I like to be able to see what I am eating. It was so dark in the restaurant I could honestly not tell how my steak was cooked.
That's my opinion. Take it or leave it.
