Wow, this is far from the truth, Jimmy Russell is easy to rent from, he is different but a kind and honest man. I purchased the house I rented from him for a year once I retired from the Army, he made me a great deal. Thanks Jimmy

This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. I found my apartment online after recieving orders for Fort Campbell; and its been nothing but hell since I moved in! I dealt with the unprofessionalism for two years because, frankly my rent was cheap. I rarely complained and tracked them down to pay them my rent! Yes, they only work between the hours of 10am to 2:30 pm M-F.

I had a bulgary at my apartment and Russell Russell & Waddle asked to have my rental insurance cover the damages to the apartment. Really? I declined and reminded them that my insurance was for my personal belongings that were stolen and their insurance was for the structure of the apartment. Then, they tried moving me across the street from the scene of the crime as if that was somehow suppose to make me feel safe. Did I mention that when my door was kicked off the hinges it took them 24 hours to fix my door even though the landlord was at my apartment the day the robbery happen! On top of that, after waiting 30 days to receive my SD back, they charged me for damages that happened during the burlgary. I'm in the process of contacting JAG to help assist me with these people. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I REPEAT- DO NOT RENT FROM Russell Russell & Waddle! They are a disgrace and they prey on Soldiers.
