There isnt a minus zero star rating......too bad!! I have lived in Grandview park.....which is orchard park 2 for a year now.........its been the longest lease in my life!!!! this place is full of drugs, shootings, theft, trash!!! and more trash!!!! and im talking the paper and human kind. This is not the place you would want to raise your children unless you dont mind that sort of thing....which im assuming there are those who dont mind since there are a million little heathens living here!!

This place is gang infested with the bloods and the crips. The do robberies,break ins and attacks on your family and kids. This place has a lot of drug dealing going on. The schools nearby are horrible and filled with gang activity as well. The MGMT comes and goes monthly there. Lighting is poor and it makes the place even more dangerous. The Apt are unkept and nasty. Maint guy's are lazy and full of excuses. Overall horrible place to live and try to raise a family. The gangs will try to recruit your kids. If they don't join. Consequences will follow for you child.
