Worst place ever you would think they would have a staff that wouldn't cause problems between families & would have a discloed effect & couldn't talk to other people about there animals but that's not true there all they do is cause problems & have no discloser act I will be looking into there laws if it's like doctors there will be a lawsuit giving out information without permission that place was overpriced & horrible & as the owner I never gave permission for anything I wasn't even there

A stray kitty came to our door. She had on a rubber type collar--NOT a breakaway collar for cats. She had one leg through the collar, the other part around her neck. Could barely walk, starving, terrible wound under her front leg where the collar had cut into her skin and was infected. Then to top it off she lost a litter of 6 tiny kittens that were nowhere near term. I called another animal hospital in Oak Grove, as it was a Saturday they said they were overbooked and could in no way see her. And I told them I would be paying for whatever care she needed. So we found this one online. They told us it might be a long wait, but if we came in they would see her. We might have waited 20 minutes. They brought her in and were so gentle and careful with her. The staff was WONDERFUL from the receptionist to the assistants to the veterinarian. I have never seen people so right for the jobs they were doing. You can tell everyone there is an animal lover. They boarded her at their other clinic in Clarksville, called me every day to let me know how she was doing. Today she comes "home" to her forever home. If it hadn't been for this clinic I don't think she would have made it through. I highly, highly recommend them.

We had a serious concern with our dog, from my initial phone call to the same day appointment they were able to provide me with, I haven't experienced such exceptionally friendly staff in a very long time. They treated us (myself, the dog and my children who came along) with kindness and care, even when my toddler was misbehaving. I was so embarrassed when my dog urinated in their wonderfully clean lobby, but they reassured me it was ok and cleaned it up immediately. Refusing to let me help. The care from the vet herself, knowledgeable as well as kind. Superb bedside manner! I recommend this clinic to all of our pet friends.

Wow where to begin, I am new to this town and I have a friend who is in Afgan, his dog became ill and sadly I had to have him put to sleep. All of the staff was so kind and caring. Since then I had to have 2 of my other cats treated, and once again the care for the pets and myself was "exceptional". Thank you so much for the great care. You all are superstars as far as I am concerned. THANK YOU
