I have lived in my 40f diesel pusher in Tiny Town Park for 2 years. The owners are nice, respectful. It is expected that a pet owner to keep their pet on a leash and clean up after the pet immediately after the pet poops. Failure to do this is cause to be told to leave the park. This is much appreciated as most people have one or more pets. The Park is clean and has lots of shade.

Great people. Follow 4 basic rule and you will get along fine. Keep your pets on a leash, pick up the poop, pay your rent on the 1 st and drive the speed limit. Common sense! Great place to live. We have our 40 ft coach parked here and are enjoying the peace and quite. Great neighbors!

AVOID at all costs. Owners are very rude and spread gossip about what everyone in the park is doing to everyone else

The owners are extremely rude. The lady talked to me like I was a dog and insisted that I was speeding in her mobile home park. I was doing the speed limit and she was very disrespectful to me in front of my kids!
