My husband & I went in on a Sunday; walk-in appointments. Yes, we had to wait almost an hour as they were short 2 nail techs that day, but it was well worth the wait! He enjoyed his pedicure very much, & I loved the dip job & design Mrs. Mai did on my nails! This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning. They are very busy on Sundays, & it's the only day they don't schedule appointments so get there early if you don't want to wait. Staff was very professional & polite!

I will never go back! Every time I've been I have to wait 2 hours for the older lady to do a stupid flower and charge me and extra 5 dollars! Most recently I had to wait for her to finish shopping at Kroger and then I had to wait for her to finish cooking dinner and I still waited for her to eat dinner! Also when you get your eyebrows done she will not wash her hands and she puts so much oil in your hair(yes your hair) that you have to go shower afterwards! Plus she doesn't do very good eyebrows. Finally Every time they do my feet I end up with blisters and raw spots! This place is so ghetto and unsanitary save your money go literally anywhere else!

Service is good when they do there job correctly but when it's busy they tend to rush and the ending result is very horrible it has happened to my twice and for that I won't be going back.
