So, the previous review was my homeowner and the issue isn't the team at Vision, it's that guy. The Vision Team has always been responsive, polite, helpful, and I feel like they care about my Family and I. We own three houses, two in the Clarksville area, and I am switching my property management to Vision Realty. The ladies took a lot of abuse from my homeowner and the outside realtor he hired to sell the house. I will review that realtor separately. The team at Vision did their best to keep the peace and resolve everything quickly, I am happy that they no longer have to deal with that homeowner. I absolutely recommend Melinda and Kim and will definitely use them again.

I have 4 properties rented with this company. Everything is always done at 200% I've been working with them for 5 years now and have never had a single problem. Communication is always prompt, they have always found me great renters, and they actually do property checks that others only claim to do. I've had problems in the past with other companies in clarksville but I have not had one with this one. I highly recommend using them.

We had a great experience with Vision Realty. We rented from them while our new home was being built. Anytime we had an issue, which was rare, it was taken care of that day or the next business day. No complaints at all. Everyone in the office was always pleasant to speak with. Melinda is a very nice lady to talk with and will help you through the rental process.

We received our deposit back within a week of the final move out inspection.

I would highly recommend using Vision to anyone looking to rent in the future. They are very easy and fair to deal with.

These people r a 0! Ensure you check everything works properly and the place has all repairs before moving in because this company will sell u a dream!

Mike Groves is the Owner of Vision Reality and his wife does all paperwork. My wife and I sat down and discussed in detail we needed them to take over renting out our house. He comes off like a honest guy. Off all the time I've been in Clarksville I can honestly say he's a Crook. He first asked us to do minor repairs to the property which we allowed. Then he rented out our property and on day 1 there were several other charges that supposedly the renters were requesting to be done. We would be expecting some of the rental funds, but every month there would be an itemized sheet of multiple charges. My wife would thoroughly go over the paper work and noticed some of the charges were even duplicated. When she pointed out to Mike they would remove it but would come up with another resin for the 2 or 3 hundred dollars went to so we still wouldn't get any money. Almost into the 4th month and the $850.00 of rent we might have saw 175 total. I finally told him nothing is to be fixed unless I sign an approval. At the end of the lease we received a letter and a check for $85 with 1 key in the mail stating they no longer wanted to rent our property. We got none of the pet deposit fee we got none of the security deposit and they did not make renters repair or fix anything on the property, including the paint they changed in the rooms. Also my new renter brought to my attention that repairs on grout floor tile needed which was a repair Mike charged us for. I wanted to complain through BBB but of course Vision Reality doesn't use them, probably so people can't see the complaints. I know that once he saw my wife actually pays attention to the paperwork they knew they would not be able to continue to steal money from us. This is definitely not a business you want to use. Mike Groves is the realtor at Vision Realty that my husband and I spoke with about putting our home on the market. He had a woman working with him 3 years ago when we initially bought the home, so we went back to the company looking for her.

We walk in, ask for her, and he very unprofessionally said "Oh I fired her a long time ago". I thought that was so rude, and immediately had doubts about his competency. Nevertheless, due to our rush to rent/sell our home, we had him come out for an inspection. He was late to the inspection, so we rescheduled for an hour later, and he was late again! I told him my husband an I would be relocating with the military within the next 2-3 months and we urgently needed to get the house on the market ASAP. Upon the end of the inspection Mr. Groves assured me of the minor repairs that would need to be done, which I agreed to, and he told me that he would be sending some more paperwork to me via e-mail by the next evening at the latest. A week passed and I didn't hear from him. I e-mailed him on day 8--still no response. I called on day 9, and finally got in touch with him. By this time I had already decided I would look elsewhere for a realtor, but I wanted to touch base anyway. He was largely unresponsive on the phone and he revealed to me that my home was not in good enough condition for him to deal with it unless I agreed to major repairs (repairs that he would not specify). I promptly told him we would be hiring somebody else.

Mike Groves is unprofessional. He is untrustworthy as he will not communicate any issues with you unless legally required to do so. He is not a person that you want to deal with when it comes to your home. My best advice: go to somebody else!
