Casa Bella Property Manage is the biggest unprofessional company out there!!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES they will never call you back follow the By-Laws of you association. It is always a run around with them and they will not help you out what so ever. Look at all the reviews they SUCK!!! I cant believe they are in business you will not be happy if you use them I can guarantee that. I have had nothing but problems with them to be honest they just want to sit back collect money and not do their jobs. DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!

The owner literally just called my mother an idiot as I was calling in complaining about the lack of snow removal. They fine you for outrageous things if you do something they don't like. Then go turn around and make it a 'rule'. Little nazis run around with their clipboards marking things they don't like. I have been at the pool and saw them redecorating someone's planters out front and I heard them say 'there that looks better' (control freaks! Crazy people) I have had a bird feeder cut down (with a knife, clean cut) right outside my back door! No mention of it not being 'appropriate' or anything. Someone just came along and sliced it!
I cannot believe a grown man, let alone the OWNER of this comment any called my mother an idiot!!!

We have used Casa Bella for years at our association in Canton. The owner is very professional, follows through, has years of experience as well as superior networking contacts for contractors to provide excellent service to the community. I would highly recommend Casa Bella for any residential associations management.
