We use to get good personal size pizza's from Pizza Hut, so we thought we'd give it a try. It was terrible. I should have listened to the reviews.

The above responder is likely misrepresenting and/or exaggerating about their problem. The two morning waitresses who work during the pizza buffet hours have between 10 and 20 years experience working at the restaraunt. They also do *not* add in tips on tickets, with the exception of when a table has eight or more customers, which the manager (not the waitress) has to approve of in order for the automatic gratuity to be added. As far as the "spoiled food" is concerned, I believe this to be at worst an oversight by the waitresses. They are usually on a skeleton schedule, which often leaves them rushed in order to get everything prepared for the pizza buffet lunch rush.

I do like their pizza, as long as we get carry-out. However, I've rarely gone there since my son and his friend were treated horribly by a waitress--The restaurant was EMPTY and she wouldn't let them sit in a booth as they requested "saving those for REAL customers." They got the lunch bar, so she didn't have to bring them anything but their drinks, and didn't even offer a refill. After leaving a 30% tip on the table, my son went and paid the bill--after figuring that it cost too much, he questioned the waitress and she indicated that she included the tip on the bill because she couldn't trust that they would give her one (so she ended up with a 50% tip)! The last time we went there, I got the salad bar and found spoiled food in it--the waitress simply took my plate away and removed the food from the bar.
