I have been a customer of the Hickman Rd facility for nearly twenty years, and in all that time I have seen many come and go, both office personnel, and unit renters. The great majority of the renters have mentioned the effective, and efficient operations that I personally have enjoyed. There is a very friendly atmosphere, and a helpful attitude on the part of the operations managers.

I had the worst experience with Tri State over the winter. I had my 2003 Navigator stored at their storage location on Ridge Rd. an during the winter who ever plowed their lot decided to put 10ft. of snow on the hood of my truck. I brought it to the managers attention an she seen what happened an that the impact of the snow shifted my front bumper. Once snow was remove you can see the damage but since I had previous scratch marks on my bumper they told me they weren't responsible. Its just like your vehicle has a dent on it all ready an someone rear ends you and damage it even more, but that driver tells you that they seen the damage on your car already so their not responsible for you damage...how would you feel. I removed my vehicle off their lot to another location an promised to talk about my situation to everyone. I'm just 1 customer, but word travels quick and maybe someone out there may have gone through a bad storage situation with Tri State!
