If I could give this park a minus 5 right now I certainly would would. In December we were bought by new owners. He came in and made all sort of promises. Was going to make this a 5 star park. New swimming pool, dog park, more paking redoing the streets. Change the street lights. The lists going on and on. The list was ambitious to say the least. But he made us all feel he was going to make this in to the place we knew it could be. But all we have to date is an unfinished swimming pool and a bigger mess all over the park. The only thing he promised that would not happen has happen, a 75 dollar rent increase. Maybe if we had seen some of the work promised we would not be so upset. Maninence has only gotton worse as well. And as I give half my paycheck to this park and and can not even get a cordial Hello or Thank you from current managment when I pay my rent it sucks.

Just say they suck. Office never open. Projects started but not finished. Gas leaks in the park, Water pipes always breaking, Pool has been closed for upgrade (since June and no work being done, laundry room if open sometime (during office hours)has no hot water (mangement say they will not turn on water heater. Community only open during office hours, locked on weekends.

Since the change in ownership back in Dec. 2015, the park has started multiple projects to upgrade areas of the facility, but has of yet to complete a single project throughly. It's a shame to live in a place where the residence have not had the use of the community pool all summer, the clubhouse had a new pool table installed in Dec. 2015, but no one is allow to play pool, due to the fact that the security of the clubhouse has not been finished due to whatever excuse is given. The playground is dangerous to the children and the ball field is just a rundown lot. At present, there is no common areas for the residents to use for their own enjoyment.
