Charge for work not done. Repairs are terrible. Takes forever to do work. My floor they supposedly replaced 2 years ago has to be replaced again. Do not use this RV service.

BEWARE!!!



I took my motorhome in to be serviced with a list of 10 issues that needed repair. After 6 WEEKS, and $6,700 later, I FINALLY received my motorhome back, but with 4 of the 5 top issues STILL NOT WORKING. After contacting them again to resolve the issues, they only made excuses as to why the issues were not resolved and absolutely refused to make things right, unless I brought it back to them for MORE TIME in the shop and pay them MORE MONEY.



Gas heat does NOT WORK after their “repairs.”



They replaced my fridge, but made the mistake of leaving the receipt from Lowe’s on the counter for the replacement fridge. They paid $462 at Lowe’s, but charged me DOUBLE for the fridge ($925 - 100% mark up) PLUS 3 hours repair time.



Water pump STILL DOES NOT WORK.



Electric awning STILL DOES NOT WORK.



I requested that a NC DMV safety inspection and was told it would be taken care of. IT WAS NOT DONE.



I feel absolutely RIPPED OFF after doing “business” with Frank’s RV Repair.
