They were nice people. Just didn't know how to do their job correctly. I was quoted for multiple parts and repairs. Alignment, replace fender, bumper headlight and inner fender well, mirror and blend my hood and door painpaialso to inspect for other damages. They kept in contact the entire week. Great communication, so I thought.... I picked up my car and see the didn't replace the mirror, didn't blend the paint, didn't align my car, didn't inspect for other damages BC I found more later. And on top of everything, the paint didn't match.. Neither did the metallic. And mosmetalic, ever contacted me about why they didn't paint my car or finish it correctly. Very dissapointed and im asking for depreciation on my vehical.

I give Gerber a 5 star rating as they took very good care of my truck in November of 2012. 15 months later, the hood release mechanism would not work so I took it back to them to see what was wrong and they found that the rod that releases the 2ndary latch was not attached any longer. They installed a new clip and would not accept any money for the repair. If you are in need of a trustworthy repair shop who stands behind their work. look no further!!
