My first experience with Matthew Motors was amazing because I had credit problems and needed a car. They financed me on a car I really liked. My second experience with Matthews Motors was great because I had over 200,000 miles on my car and they did a trade on a newer, low mileage vehicle that I chose. My third experience was also superior because I was ready to trade and got just what I wanted. I had been looking at the website and when I saw what I wanted, I sent a message to internet manager and she arranged for me to meet Kim . She, Tony and Kevin worked up a good deal for me and treated me like a valued customer that is welcome to return for my next deal.

I was in need of another vehicle as my current SUV died suddenly and I was considering visiting the dealer in the recent past to purchase. It was an easy process and stress free with a great atmosphere which made the experience a pleasant one.

Very easy to deal with. Mike and Kim did everything they could to make the process easy. Even with my 2 year old grandson with me, it was very easy.

The team that worked with me focused on my needs, and my wants. Their services were quick and, detailed to my time frame. Anthony Sambrano took my info on my lunch hour and when I returned at the end of the day everything was ready and waiting for me. The team was very professional, and still down to earth.

Everyone at this location was so welcoming and nice. Will was the first to help us in the beginning. He was very nice to us, and made our experience as easy as possible. Kimberly Miller was very helpful as well, and treated us like family. Dennis is the last person we came in contact with, and he was so easy to talk to and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I went in to get my old car serviced and I came out with a new (used) car! I had been to Matthews Motors on several occasions and each time the service was impeccable. Mr. Brian Coneal was my sales agent and words cannot express how he treated me today. I asked to look at a 2014 GMC Terrain which was listed on their internet site and immediately he pulled it around and we went for a test drive. It was perfect! I knew then that I wanted it! Brian made it happen - no haggling at all. He made sure that I got a good deal. Overall, this has been the best experience buying a car in a long time!

I went into Matthews Motors just to see what they were about. My son and daughter in law had just purchased from them six weeks ago and they told me about their deal. The lifetime warranty made the deal whether I bought there or a new car. I felt I was getting a better deal getting lifetime coverage that is something you don't get with a new car. My salesman was Campbell he was very professional and answered all questions I had and sold me immediately. I went from there over to Murph for paper work. He was very informative and prompt getting us in and out. The whole dealership was very friendly and inviting I will be recommending it to my fronds. I left Friday nite in a beautiful new and dependable car! They are a five stars!

I visited Matthews Motors with an eye on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I had been to a couple of other dealers only to learn I was supposedly upside down with my trade. Well, within an hour or so, Alan Critcher had me in the Focus, my trade was paid off and my monthly payment was right where I needed it to be.

I showed up at Matthew motors with a price and a car in mind. Dallas not only met but exceeded my expectations. My car was stolen and destroyed. Not only did i get a better car but it was cheaper. I could not be happier with the dealership or the salesmen. I recommend them to everyone. There was a light up in the cup holder. I didn't notice. They did and called me back to replace it. Wow. I appreciate that.

Alan my sales person was very good and positive. He didnt lead me on and service was fast. Didnt have to wait for hours. All of it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and atmopahere was very welcoming for me and mt kids. Loving our new ride!

We were treated very well, everyone was kind and very professional. Dallas is a great person to deal with. He was upfront and honest about everything. The only thing that could have made the purchase better would have been finding a second key and key fob for us. But Dallas was up front about this from the beginning, and said the dealer could not provide it, but gave me the name of a place close by that could.

"Wow"... this was my wife and I third purchase with Matthews Motors and the customer service is the best I have ever had with any of my car buying experience. I would like to thank Kim & Mike for the "Awesome" job from the time we got to the lot and thru out closing the deal so "Professional".

Had a great experience yesturday with the purchase of our truck. He was a good sales person. He managed to make us happy and help us succeed and convince us with our purchase.

Our salesman. Campbell Lovett was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very courteous and he did everything possible to help us pick out a car. He helped us by getting the manager to give us a great deal on my trade in and to go beyond their duty to put us in the car we picked. I would recommend him to my friends and family. He is a great saleman.

They were very friendly and helpful. Our salesman Robert worked very hard to put us in the car we wanted. The business manager Murph went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All areas of the car we asked them to fix were taken care of and Murph even met us after hours to take care of an issue.
