They have made some changes in management the last couple years. My child was with their before and after school program. They have been changing staff around. For school year 2009-2010, they put a woman who likes to scream and yell at the children. I witnessed this myself. There are few times she screamed and yealed at the children and I could hear her clearly when I walked down the hall. According to my child, she only does this when there is no parents around. And when this person can not attend on certain days, they replace her with another elder woman. Thing does not get any better when this replacement person is in charge. It appears that this elder woman does not know how to supervise the children. There are many incidents happened when she was there as she was just too busy playing board games with little girls and neglected other children. I'm not happy with this program and had tried to call the office many times but they always says the director is not available, I can't leave her any message as they do not have voicemail. They told me that if this is an urgent, I have to call back. Since I know my child is not in a good hand, I decided to pull my child from this program in early year (2010).
