In 2004, Bach Plumbing & Heating Co. of Clayton, Inc. became three companies. Our mission is to work together to provide one of the most complete competitive, construction companies in New York State. Stan Bach began the business in the early 70's. It was his goal, along with his wife Linda, to establish a company that would grow and prosper. Stan and Linda retired in 2004 selling their interest in the company to Fred Bach, Stan Bach, Jr., and Karl Bach. The principles of the business then and now, are to provide the best construction services possible for a fair price. Bach did electrical work to our home shortly after we purchased, installing new electrical box. When we turned around to sell a few years later, the inspector stated the new panel was not grounded and several other shortcuts that were taken, causing the potential for a house fire or other event that could lead to serious injury or death. They didn't return my calls, and so I contacted Better Business Bureau, sharing photos of the work, but they just basically denied they were at fault. No apology, accusations of me lying, and talking in circles. Steer way clear of this business unless just buying parts from their store (by the Barry the clerk is very helpful and professional). Do you really want to put your family's safety in your hands?
