Provided by YP.comFirst off, my 19 year old son was halfway across the state when his car broke down. The good part is they showed up, However, they dropped my son's car off at a shop that had just Gone Out of Business!! Because the tow driver's "buddy" owned the repair business. Needless to say we couldn't get ahold of anyone for over a week! We finally contacted someone that said the business had closed, and the cars were pushed across the street to the RR tracks. We immediately called Willette's to ask what had happened and if they knew where our car was. They did find it at the RR tracks, got the keys from their "buddy", took it back to their shop/ yard, and "PROMPTLY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER TOW!! Are they CRAZY or what? It was their screw up in the first place. I would avoid at all costs!!
The repair facility in question had been in business for many years and had a reputation for quality repairs with no appointment necessary. The sudden closure of the auto repair shop was completely unexpected.
