Provided by YP.comMy son was charged $312 to replace a turning signal switch. When they called to let him know the work was complete, they also mentioned that he might want to consider new tires. RED FLAG! I bought new tires about 8 months ago. Counter person (owner) attempted to justify an $83 "analysis" cost. He was not customer oriented, and obviously does NOT know how to treat customers. I own 4 vehicles. I just moved from Layton to Syracuse. This repair was a test to see if they are just as good as the Goodyear dealer in Layton. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
We'll be going back to the Layton Goodyear from year on out. As the owner said to me, "This isn't OBAMACARE!" Well, this is true, but a true entrepreneur would try to explain why the analysis and labor cost what. Rather, he just was defensive and didn't care. Don't GO TO THIS PLACE!
