The maintenance men are great the management is really nice and the neighbors are very helpful. Its a great place to live.

Landlord doesnt play fair. She doesnt answer the phone when you call. She closes her office during normal buisness hours. She doesnt care about her tenants. Shes money hungry. If anything goes wrong with anything in your trailer. It takes days for her to get maintaince out there. She doesnt tell you about water shutoffs. She wont supply you with fresh water if pipes break. She takes advantage of her tenants. She enters your trailer without permission. She charges you for anything and everything. She doesnt follow rules. Just dont rent here if you dont want to be taken advantage of. The landlord is a slumlord.
