My dogs love this place. Everyone there love working with dogs. Very clean and professional. Customer service is great.

I just came back from taking my cat to dtails. We had a 12:30 appt, when i got there was informed appt was at 12:00 and she did not have time to do my cat. This is the second time this happened, the first time was with my dogs. When i called to make the appt i repeated the time to make sure and wrote it on my calender. Of course i will never go there again. Not a good way to run a business.

I've been bringing my 2 dogs to this shop before it was called D'Tails. I enjoy the friendly service under the new management. I feel bad for the review above me. Darcy and her workers always treat my dogs and myself with respect. I would and have recommended this shop to all of my friends and family.

7/23/14. Took our Maltipoo for a cut today,best cut ever. We will come back again when we are through this area again. Sam was very friendly and did an excellent job !!

I ws asked not to return today after 15 years as she didn't want to clip my dog and didn't want me as a customer. They messed up the last two appointments and they blame me. Let's hope word gets around.
