if it was possible to give this place 0 star's i would. I bought a couch, foolishly not looking at reviews, and its over a month late. A freaking month, after a 3 week waiting period already. so im out $700 and 7 weeks later still no couch.

I agree with the other posters, check out their actual written reviews, and check with the BBB. They totally ripped us off and even though they NEVER ordered our furniture, they refused to give us our money back. They lied about many things, they said they had an account with the manufacturer and they did NOT. I finally called the manufacturer after 59 days of non stop hastle and found out they don't have an account, they TRIED to get an account but were denied based on the way they do business. Read all the reviews available and make an informed decision, if you are nuts enough to still do business, pay only a SMALL deposit until your furniture is actually delivered within the time frame given. GET THE TIME FRAME they promise you IN WRITING, get every detail of the transaction in writing, and what ever you do do not pay cash. Use a credit card to pay a small deposit so when you get ripped off you can file a dispute. I wouldn't even do that much with this company, I would NOT recommend them, I would anyone looking for furniture to go somewhere else.

I suspect anyone giving them a high rating is an owner or employee of the store. Read their BBB complaints, the F rating. Read yelp reviews and yahoo reviews. I would compare this business to a plate of razor blades.... Shiny at first glance but painful to swallow. Seriously, buyer beware. The absolute WORST place I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I totally got ripped off, and like many others who have written reviews they refuse to give a refund. Before doing business here you need to do your homework.

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!! Horrible store, horrible customer service! One star is more than generous. I am very shocked by the 2 good reviews. They took our money and delivered our bedroom furniture after 4 months and that was just the bed. It was another 2-3 weeks before we got any dressers. They said initially 6-8 since it was backordered. Bullcrap! We ordered a couch and was told 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later still nothing!!! They just want your money and only give you the runaround. We are taking them to court next week since they also refuse to refund our money or give us a couch. I have not talked to a single person who had a good experience with this company. Not worth it! They do not care about their customers!

Recently purchased living room set must say I love it! I would recommend to anyone looking to get an awesome deal compare for your self. Will be coming back to buy other items in the near future. These guys are great!!!
