I want to get this out there first. I do not have a Child who attends this daycare.

On 6/29/2017 @ West Point Park(Loy Blake Park) I was loading my child into my car when I noticed banging noises coming from one of the transport Vans for this daycare. I start to investigate and find a child in the Van struggling to get out, luckily the back window was cracked and I was able to talk to the child. The child stated he was left because his seatbelt was stuck and got locked in the Van. I couldn't get him out so I called the cops and the cops were able to get him out safely. I'm writing because this is not an acceptable behavior and this child could have died in the heat.
