We have purchased several Recreational Vehicles from Sierra R.V. over the last 8 years, both new and used, our newest purchase being a 40' Motor Home, We have nothing but good things to say about Sierra R.V. they have a very knowledgeable staff when it comes to sales and service, they take the time to talk to the manufacturers, and learn about the products that they are selling, We have a large family, and Sierra R.V. is very dedicated to keeping their customers happy, they have always listened to the customers needs, and point you in that direction, they do not try to sell you something you don't want, or run around the lot like they are lost trying to find what you want, they take the time to listen to you, the lot is laid out well, with plenty of room to open up the R.V. and get a good look and feel for it, the parts department has always been very helpful in finding the right part, or to order it if they did not have it in stock, we have not had much work done on any of our equipment, but when we did the service department was very helpful and I have never waited more than 3 days to get anything done, The Owners of Sierra R.V. spend a lot of time making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, they will do all they can to assist in a sale, to get financing, or just to talk to you and share information, they do not pressure you into a sale, we are very grateful for the experiences we have had at Sierra R.V. and will never go any other place for our Recreational needs Thank You, Sierra R.V.

Absolute horrible company who only cares about their profits. Conned into signing something that obligated us to buy...told them we couldn't afford and we had to pay $7500 to get our trade. They target Vets and Military. Do not set foot in this office!!!!

Worst service ever! They could care less about safety as long as they get your money if you drive away and die they wouldn't mind except for when they got the pants sued off them for all the money they got ripping people off. They tried to sale me a battery for $350, I knew I could get one cheaper and did for $80. They tried to add $1000 in to the amount for cleaning and showing me how to use it, I'm no thanks I can do that for free, glad I was smart enough to look over the paper work before signing. Then they try calling me to see if I want to pay$1000 for paint protectant, no I can pay to repaint it cheaper than that when it needs it. Then when I get it plugged in an hour away the ac doesn't work. They make me drive all the wat back to get it fixed and I almost roll the thing cause its swaying so bad. So I pay another $500 for a stabalizer which they should do before letting you drive away if they cared at all about your life as much as they obviously do about your money. I told them I get off work at 9 and would need to stay in it tonight, so what do they do? Lock me out! Now my dog and I are homeless for the night! Great customer service, they didn't even bother calling.

Absolute worst company ever.

DON"T BUY FROM SIERRA RV in CLEARFIELD!!! Purchased brand new motorhome, waited 11 days for company to complete purchase inspection. Within first 200 miles there were MANY breakdowns, fall-aparts, etc. After a road trip from HELL, (we had to fix many things ourselves) we return home to be tossed in a wild goose chase in order to find someone to take some accountability. After TWO WEEKS, OWNER Carl, says he apologized but he's not going to loose any money on it!!!! Great company NOT.

Anyone looking to buy an RV, or trailer, I would personally suggest that you should seek elsewhere. There are many options that sell the same brands and you'll have confidence in your purchase somewhere else!! DON"T BUY FROM SIERRA RV in CLEARFIELD!!!

I have been dealing with Sierra RV for Many years. They have always treated me fair as well as my friends. I am pleased with the change when Hoss retired and Tyler Brian took his place. The service is better than ever and I am glad to be a loyal Sierra RV customer.

I recently went looking for a hitch and ball at Sierra RV. They didn't have what I wanted in stock (it's a pretty specific hitch) but Bob in parts was able to get it the next day. The price was also better than any of the shops around. Many thanks to Bob for his great service.

I purchased a used Fifth-Wheel from Sierra RV, worst experience ever!!! I agreed to an OUT THE DOOR PRICE...well they have no idea what that means. They added an addition $299.00 Doc. fee to the out the door price. They lied to me on numerous items. I paid an additional $799.00 in order to make sure everything was running properly....well it wasn't, the black water tank was not operating properly, my husband opened the hose when we got to a site and was soiled in someone else's crap. I asked on our walk through for them to open the awning, they told us it was broken and was not part of their service. The TV wasn't working properly, the gas on the hot water tank keep turning to electric and would not work properly either. I have only owned this for three days now... I am afraid of what we will find next!!Anyone that reads this comment PLEASE DO NOT GO BUY FROM THEM!!!

LACK OF CONCERN !! HAD TWO DIFFERENT SALES PEOPLE BOTH LIARS !! PURCHASED 60 GRAND FIFTH WHEEL BECAUSE OF THE PRODUCT. NOT THE DEALERSHIP !! WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! I HAVE TOLD EVERY PERSON THAT I MEET, DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE !!!

We went shopping with our mom to look for an Rv that she wants to purchase in 3 months...We were greeted by a nice receptionist while all the salesmen sat around....We went looking at rv's...Quite a few were locked my sister went to ask them nicely to open them they said they would...20 mintes later no reply...nor were they opened..When my mom commented that there was one she really wanted to see but because they wouldnt open it a heavy sort of guy said bummer...Very rude the others just sat around...Will let friends and family know what type of business this was...He has brown hair a goatee and no one stood up to help or defend a potential customer...How sad is that?

Me and my children went to look at RV's here.We found out that quite a few Rvs were locked when we asked for help we were told they would open them.20 minutes later they did not...When I remarked there was one I was deeply interested in a hefty dark haired fellow said bummer while they all sat around and did nothing...Will take my money where someone will be glad to help us...
