Randy Jarman, owner, of Universal Rent-All is a Con-Artist who enjoys eluding his customers with a creative enthusiasm interpretation of the facts. We had a project that required a quick turn-around and needed to rent a Case backhoe. We called Universal Rent-A-Shady Company for price quote. Both Randy Jarman and the office Manager confirmed during (2) separate phone to me and my business partner that the daily fee for a backhoe rental was $360 per day. He even proceeded to exude his deceitful business practices by emphasizing that if we pick it up Saturday night then we will be getting a half-a day for free. Once again emphasizing a “DAILY” charge.



During all conversations with this fraudulent rodent of a business owner, Randy Jarman, not once mentioned that his definition of a “DAY” is 8-hours. After that you are charged by the hour. Because I am not personally skilled in using a backhoe, I paid for the rental over the phone with my credit card and someone else picked it up. Randy Jarman was more than happy to take my card over the phone and bamboozle me into paying extra for insurance then failed to point out that on the receipt it states the price is only for 8-hours. Perhaps Randy Jarman has no morals, or he gets a sick twisted thrill out of taking advantage of his customers. It is a possibility that he is a flat out misogynist. I’m not quite sure what exactly is wrong with him…what I do know is… if his mouth is moving he is plotting something unscrupulous. I am very regretful that I supported such an unethical businessman who seem to delight in manipulating his customers to satisfy his greed. Enjoy the extra $100 you stole from me, Randy.

We have used Universal for years and years. We are pleased with their customer service, helpfulness and they seem to have anything we need to do the job. Randy is the best!

I rented a car hauler trailer. I was assured a truck will fit. Well it did not. I return to the store to swap trailer and the manager charged me for a second trailer. I did use the trailer and I was given a bad information. I don't recommend this store. Bad customer service. Why do I have to pay twice for a trailer when I did not use the first one and was given bad advice.
