I am guessing that the positive reviews here are from people that have never left Lake county and had good Mexican food. The only good thing here is the salsa bar and friendly service.
The meat is burnt tasting every time I have gone here, and it doesn't matter if it's steak, chicken, pork. It all tastes burnt and bland. My family loves Mexican food and there are no good Mexican places to go in Clearlake. Sad

Found the food was good. I would definitely go back.

Definitely the best mexican food in Lake county plus they also have very affordable catering packages only downside is that they close the doors for the winter holidays for a week or so.

this place used to be great. now when i got a burrito with supposedly three extra shrimp there was only a total of three shrimps. i got robbed here. twelve bucks for a fish burrito and it was heck of skimpy!!! and too much rice lots of fillers. the salsa was rotten and stale.

Hands down, this is our favorite place in Clearlake. Fabulous service, eclectic Mexican menu, and everything is fresh and made from scratch. All the usual American-style Mexican fare, but their salmon is to die for, the Greek Quesadillas are beyond yummy and real crab in their crab quesadillas. The menu includes a lot of smaller, lighter plates, but also all the usual big appetite Mexican stuff - but all made with exquisite perfection. Offer black beans as well as pinto, and a lot of New Mexican touches. A gem in the middle of Clearlake. Don't hesitate to check this place out!

Even though it gets crowded, its worth it for the great food at affordable prices. And if its your first time going there, I reccomend the Seafood Burrito or the Steak Enchaladas'.

This place has good food, but it can be very crowded at busy times.
