New owner seemed knowledgeable and recommended vaping products. I returned a few days later with defective device and he refused to issue refund or replacement. Worse yet, he kept insisting it was working properly despite the issues I reported. Even worser yet, he could not seem to pry himself away from the game he was playing on his phone.

Crap e-cigs pens that don't work. Bought one, won't charge on several chargers and they won't take it back. Surprised they have such big windows for so long since they keep ripping off customers and don't seem to even give a shit!

NEW OWNERS!!! I needed a brand of cigarettes this store didn't carry. The person at the counter took a picture of my cigarette pack and ordered and delivered the correct brand to me within one week. I will be ordering a carton each month and they have arranged for me to receive my smokes These guys are great!

Pos place sold me refurbished glass and then when I took it home, it didnt even work. Went airtight on the first pull. When I went in a few days later the lady at the counter told me there was nothing they could do and was rude af. Didn't even try to help me. Stay away! Name says "cheap" for a reason.. cheap ass people

From the time you walk in, the warm atmosphere welcomes you to let your eyes do the walking. The awesome and friendly staff treated me like family each and every 16 + visit$.

The employees are great. They just redid the interior of the store and looks fantastic. The small parking area has holes in it where you vehicle bottoms out and the street has huge pot holes. The problem has been brought to the owners attention by numerous people. Twenty bucks in rock for the parking area and around thirty bucks in Asssphault patch would fix the street. Seems like the owner doesn't care. I'd give the store 5 stars if the owner would get his s#@t together and support his customers. Oh almost forgot, they close and lock the doors around 3 o'clock for shift change. WHAT A DUMB IDEA.

They gave great advice on tobaccos and have great prices! I'm headed back there now!
