My mom has been going to Lori for about 3 years now. My mom is 93 and she loves Lori, she visits about once every 3/4 months to get perms. She is amazing and works miracles...thanks Lori for being so great

I told Lori I liked it curly. I told her 'middle of the ear so my earrings show.' Layered. I ended up with way too short hair. It looks like a cut a man would have. How in the world does she think that hair 1/2 inch long is going to be curly??? Made me cry. $25 I could have paid to a homeless person and received a better cut.

Iv been getting my hair cut at shearwood forest for atleast 15 yrs no one touches my hair but Angie she always does a great job

The customer service was great. It was the kindest stylist I've been to however the haircut was very awful. I have not been back since and will not go back. My little sister could have done a better job.
