I have been to several personal growth classes by several companies. PSI is my favorite by far. PSI gave me excellent tools to progress my relationships, my career, my communication as well as my physical and emotional well being. I found them when I went to a free Bob Proctor event and he highly recommended PSI. Since taking all the classes they have to offer I am making more money and have more free time to enjoy my life. My favorite class is Principia. That is the best of the best for one week. Even if I hated all the prerequisite courses (which I don't) I would take them again just to get to go to Principia. I think if everyone went though the entire PSI program the world would be a much better place because people would start taking responsibility for themselves and would learn and practice gratitude and giving as well as loving themselves and others for who they are and what they have to offer the world.

This company offers an excellent series of three classes to help with life skills (stress management, personal relationships, habits, listening skills, life goals, procrastination, emotional issues, etc.) It's somewhat similar to the management training and sales classes that large-scale organizations give to their top managers and sales executives, using some of the same exercises and techniques, but it's focused on individuals and on family life instead of on how to improve an organization's profit. They provide solid, professional instructors; they won't waste your time. For those who worry about such things, the PSI classes are compatible with any and all religions; they have no religious content. And the Basic class has a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.



Note: This is primarily an "experiential" series of classes, there isn't much lecturing. You'll team up with your fellow students to see which behaviors work for you (keep them!) and which don't work (experiment with something else!) It's not magic, of course. You'll need to practice what you learn in class; you'll need to keep working on your skills -- but it's a lot easier to do that after you've experienced something working well in class, instead of trying to figure it out by reading a book... at least, it was for me.
