Provided by YP.comI have been with jack lefrock for ten years , he is an extremely smart dr, he checks my blood work, and over all health, he is an interest and worked w special patients w problems, he brings professionalism and has a positive attitude towards his patients, his receptionist's has answes for problems you may need, preauthorization, insurance coverage, and is very caring, this practice is ethical and straightforward, helping people like me who wouldn't be able to work.
