Had Matt Grams give me a quote for full service lawn care at my house which was to include the lawn maintenance plus trimming of all my plants and application of round up thru all my beds and any weeds growing in unwanted areas, well all i got was a basic lawn cut, never was able to get any plants trimmed as every time they showed up it was one excuse after another to why they couldn't so it and i doubt they even sprayed any round up anywhere as most my beds where always over grown with weeds and such. In all my years I've never experienced such horrible service from a company, and have had some bad lawn services in the past but this one is by far the worst of the bunch

Worst treatment you could get from a company, they showed up to mow my lawn and ended up doing $500 damages to my irrigation system, and never paid to fix them, i ended up having to hire another company to not only mow my lawn but to also fix my irrigation system when it was 100% their fault!!



Once the damage was done you could never get the owner or any management on the phone ever,

They show up twice a month in the summer and do terrible work. Don't waste your time with Matt Grams. He doesn't care about customer service, only collecting your money for a poor job.

Horrible, Hired them for weekly service, which is around 4 visits a month and once they got me under contract they proceeded to only cut my lawn when convenient to them, in an entire years service i only aw them fulfill what i wanted 1 time. When they did show up they always tried to do bare minimum and I had to constantly ask for my shrubs and palms to be trimmed even tho i had full service, not to mention he constantly had new guys and was always yelling at them while servicing my property. In my mind they are not a very professional company and i would not recommend them to anyone looking for a lawn or landscape company. Rating is a half star out of 5 star, i just couldn't select a half star .
