I had a lady call me from these people and she was very rude.. Her name was Marie or Maria... I have an account there with them and I kept up my end of the agreement. This lady calls me the day before Christmas and demands a credit card... I told her I don't have a credit card. She said I don't give a damn, give me a credit card to pay this balance. I finally said. Look ma'am I have already told you once I don't have a credit card, you will receive the last payment out of my next check.. And out of a very hateful voice screamed at me and said "Fine, I will update this and hung up"

She was very rude, demanding and hateful.. Does these people know the true meaning Customer Service.. I have worked in Customer service and this is not how you treat people who is putting money in your paycheck

They will ask you for your address.If you do not give that to them then they will ask for your birth date or your SS number.I asked her the one who was calling for her number and address.She hung up on me,it worked.She did sound nice on the phone.

When the 800-741-1969 number appears on my Caller ID I answer the phone and all I hear is a recording from Janine at Audit Systems. I have no clue who they're trying to contact or what the call is about and I will not "press 1" to find out. If they're trying to contact someone they need to do it by other means because I do not reply to automated calls.
