Stay FAR away from this company. Very fast to charge but they are extremely slow to refund. Very shady business and they know it. I accidentally ordered “push buttons” for their “Showoff Canopy” when I later found them in my home. The customer service is extremely inept and couldn’t refund me in 2 orders I made. I since contacted the Better Business Bureau against them and disputed the charges on my credit card. They stated in black and white that they would refund my entire order, but so far they haven’t. These guys are crooks. Avoid them at ALL COSTS. They have several aliases. They are a.k.a. “Showoff Canopy”, “Awning Works, Inc.”, “Outdoor Fabric Central”. Too many aliases and they can’t even revise an order. And very quick to take your money but exceedingly slow to deliver or refund you.

My awning was exactly what I wanted and it makes my house look so much prettier. The installers were there on time and cleaned up afterwards - a big deal to me as other people who have worked on my house were not neat at all.

It has helped with the afternoon sun.
