Within the last year they blocked my debit and credit cards "due to suspicious activity" so that I had to wait for new cards to be issued and mailed. it was all me making shopping online! My debit card was put restrictions on at the time when my car broke on the road - I had to to call them verifying all the transactions. etc. Had to overpay for tow truck time because of the BANK. Recently they charged me thrice $35 overdraft fee though twice I repplenished my account into positive before the business day was over. It was 4-day holiday so they squeezed all the transactions in one day. WHEN I CAME TO THE BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID "SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. THEY DID NOT CARE WHEN I MENTIONED SWITCHING TO OTHER BANK AFTER BEING "VALUEABLE CUSTOMER" AS THEY REFER TO US FOR 7 YEARS. AVOID BANK OF AMERICA
